Probably involved in connections of major cytoskeletal structures to the plasma membrane. In epithelial cells, required for the formation of microvilli and membrane ruffles on the apical pole. Along with PLEKHG6, required for normal macropinocytosis. SWISS: P15311 Gene ID: 7430 信號傳導（Signaling Intermediates） 目前研究發(fā)現(xiàn)Ezrin蛋白與維持細胞的形狀、極性、生長運動以及信號轉導方面發(fā)揮重要作用，該蛋白與腫瘤的侵襲、轉移有關。Erzin是埃茲蛋白（Ezrin）、根蛋白（Radxin）、膜突蛋白（Moesin）（ERM）家族成員，是一種位于細胞表面受體，黏附分子和肌動蛋白細胞骨架間的連接蛋白。Ezrin活性由N端和C端ERM締合結構域間的分子內(nèi)相互作用所調(diào)節(jié)。ERM家族在上皮細胞瘤中表達，它們可能在癌變過程中扮演重要角色。 |
