| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 充當MCM2-7復(fù)合物（MCM復(fù)合物）的組成部分，MCM2-7復(fù)合物是復(fù)制解旋酶，對于真核細胞中的“細胞周期” DNA復(fù)制起始和延伸而言是必不可少的。MCM2-7環(huán)中的活性ATPase位點是通過兩個相鄰亞基的相互作用表面形成的，因此相對于相鄰的Walker A盒的ATP結(jié)合位點，反式提供了一個保守的精氨酸手指基序的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)亞基。但是，六個ATPase活性位點可能對復(fù)雜的解旋酶活性有不同的貢獻, 是DNA復(fù)制和細胞增殖所必需。 |
