100 ng Recombinant dog TSH Alpha/Beta Heterodimer protein, C-His (HEK293) (bs-43168P) per lane probed with Dog TSH-alpha/Beta Heterodimer monoclonal antibody respectively, unconjugated (bsm-43168M) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by corresponding conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
