The endocytosis ratio farletuzumab by Human Frα HEK 293 increased with the increase of antibody concentration, and the Internalization Rate (%) reached 75% at antibody concentration of 55 ng/mL.
Cyno FRα HEK293 cells were stained with Anti-FOLR1 / FRA Reference Antibody (farletuzumab) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=0.326 ug/mL.
