Human TREM2 CHO-K1 cells were stained with Anti-TREM2 Reference Antibody (Py314) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=0.1896 ug/mL.
Immobilized Ma TREM2 His at 2 ug/mL can bind Anti-TREM2 Reference Antibody (Py314), EC50=0.0063 ug/mL.
The purity of Anti-TREM2 Reference Antibody (Py314) is 97.69%, determined by SEC-HPLC.
Anti-TREM2 Reference Antibody (Py314) on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
